My career path has been anything but linear, marked by a series of challenging roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and continuous learning that laid the foundation for my eventual focus on marketing leadership. Starting in the hustle of the restaurant industry during high school, I quickly ascended to manage a bustling sports bar and restaurant, driving over $1M in revenue through dedication and a knack for operational excellence.

Transitioning to residential multi-family property management, my passion for innovation came to the fore. Over five years, I not only earned a degree in property management and real estate but was also recognized nationally for pioneering utility-saving strategies that saved properties millions annually. Leading maintenance teams, we set records for work order completions, contributing to the success of one of the US’s top-ranked property management companies.

Parallel to my professional career, entrepreneurship called my name. From founding a computer and Xbox repair business to freelance WordPress design and development, I embraced the digital realm early on. In 2009, the fintech space beckoned, leading me to co-found a remittance platform focused on Ghana with a Cornell finance student, diving deep into the challenges and opportunities of international finance.

By 2011, the entrepreneurial spirit led me to San Diego, where I launched and scaled window and pool cleaning businesses to six figures within their first year, later selling them to dive deeper into the digital product and marketing world. Between 2011 and 2014, I founded several online businesses, experiencing the highs of success and the lows of failure, each venture providing invaluable lessons and shaping my approach to business and marketing.
